01Highlights
- Detects Bengali Unicode in selected or clicked text on any website and displays a popup with meaning, transliteration, and part of speech
- Serves ~15k dictionary entries with transliteration, IPA, usage examples, and synonyms from a Fastify API backed by SQLite and Drizzle ORM
- Falls back to cached machine translation and Bengali Wikipedia summaries when no dictionary entry exists
- Provides DuckDuckGo and Google web search results inline in the popup's Web tab
- Supports Chrome, Edge, and Firefox with a Plasmo-based extension build pipeline and a tabbed settings panel
